Greenshoot Specialised Care Services is a specialised Care Provider/Nursing and Care Agency registered with the Care Quality Commission

We manage and maintain community care packages for clients with Acquired Brain Injury and complex needs. Person centred support is provided throughout their rehabilitation by working closely with Multi-disciplinary teams, case managers and the family of the client to provide an individualised and bespoke care package through on- going detailed care and support plans.

We strive to meet the physical, emotional, social and psychological needs with a caring and non -judgemental attitude in accordance with individual client practices.

We supply Qualified Nurses, Support Workers Health Care Assistants to a wide range of Health Care Settings. These include:

From the very first meeting at interview the whole experience has been professional and friendly. "Greenshoot SCS has employed me for the past three years, and they have been a pleasure to work for. I am RSW for Greenshoot. I have been with this company for nine months now. From December 2019 up to date am working on a package of caring someone with autism. The package has been good and the company did everything for us to keep us safe. We had wonderful training provided by the company. We had good communication system between the workers and the office. All the materials we requested for use where supplied within the shortest time. The company also booked a cottage for those travelling long distances. This made our lives easier than travelling long distances each day. Hoping to work on such packages in future again."
